Our client, a leading supermarket chain, approached us with a vision: to eliminate checkout queues, enhance customer convenience and help to turn anonymous purchase data into valuable insights about their customers. We proposed a solution - a seamless mobile application that allows shoppers to scan products and make payments on the go. Additionally, the solution had to integrate seamlessly with the supermarket's existing management software, ensuring a cohesive workflow for staff.
Our journey began with in-depth market research and client consultations. Understanding the nuances of the retail landscape and the client's unique requirements was key. With a clear roadmap in place, Krasty Soft team of dedicated developers and designers embarked on the task of crafting the Scan & Go experience.
Result
The launch of the final software solution was a significant milestone for our client. Customers embraced the freedom to shop at their own pace, without the hassle of waiting in long queues. Supermarket staff experienced optimized workflows, allowing them to focus on providing exceptional customer service. We successfully delivered a mobile app for customers to scan and pay for their goods, an admin dashboard to view staff to view statistics, purchases and customer details. Also the solution was directly integrated with their custom-made supermarket management system.
