Story behind
The client, a rapidly growing coffee shop network, faced the challenge of modernizing their loyalty program. Traditional punch cards were no longer sufficient to engage and retain customers. They envisioned a digital solution that not only tracked purchases but also offered a gamified experience, enticing coffee enthusiasts to keep coming back. A specific request was formed: build a mobile loyalty app for customers and an admin dashboard for staff members to manage and configure loyalty system. Also, it was crucial for customer to have a direct integration with their POS system.
Result
We designed a user-friendly Loyalty App where coffee lovers could easily accumulate points with every purchase. The app offered a gamified experience, encouraging users to unlock different tiers and exciting bonuses. From free beverages to exclusive discounts, users could customize their rewards, adding a personal touch to their coffee journey. Parallelly, we developed a robust admin dashboard, putting control in the hands of coffee shop owners. The dashboard allowed for easy configuration of loyalty program parameters, monitoring user engagement, and analyzing the success of various promotions. It seamlessly integrated with the coffee shops' Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring real-time data synchronization.
